For twenty years I have worked at the intersection of capital, operations, and the rooms where decisions are actually made. As Chief of Staff, COO, and operator — across funds, family businesses, real estate, and frontier technology — in Bucharest, Kiev, Moscow, London, and now Dubai I have scaled companies, funds, global platforms, all before AI was mainstream.

For the last eight years, my work has lived inside the world of AI, Quantum, and Emerging technologies. From within that world, I have watched something happen that almost no one is yet naming clearly. The more we scale through tools, the more we lose the rooms.

The most valuable conversations in business — the ones where trust is built, capital moves, partnerships seal, decisions transform — have always happened in rooms designed deliberately. With taste. With ritual. With intent. As the digital age has accelerated, those rooms have not become less valuable. They have become more rare.

 

I built MaisonQ in response.

 

Quantum physics describes a phenomenon called entanglement — particles separated by vast distance, bonded instantly through a force we cannot fully explain. I believe the same is true of people. The bond between two humans, once formed in the right room, behaves the same way. Across distance. Across time. Through every later circumstance.
